Instacart is a grocery delivery and pick-up service. We use it for our redesign project to deconstruct it and then choose a flow from the product and improve it. We wanted to focus on the shopping experience for the redesign project because shopping is the core experience of the app. A good shopping experience can reduce the shopper's confusion and maintain the shoppers continue to use the app.
